Meet The Founder

From Teaching Computer Science To Building Production Software.

Aditya Narayan Gaur's journey combines teaching, software engineering, backend development and continuous learning across modern technologies.

That combination shaped the idea behind Techs Academy: students should not only learn what a technology is, but also understand where it is used, how it behaves in production and what skills are expected when they enter the industry.

2020 – 2022

Computer Teaching

Teaching computer science and web technologies helped build an early foundation in explaining technical concepts to learners.

2022 – 2025

Software Engineering

Worked on full-stack and backend engineering, with experience across Node.js, NestJS, databases, APIs and production application development.

2025 – PRESENT

Engineering + Techs Academy

Continuing software engineering work while building Techs Academy as a platform for practical technology education, career guidance and technical growth.

Nidhi Uniyal brings 8+ years of experience in the education sector, with a strong understanding of student behaviour, learning patterns and individual development. Her experience working closely with students has helped her develop a practical ability to observe their interests, strengths, participation and learning behaviour.

At Techs Academy, Nidhi contributes to student advisory and career-oriented guidance, helping learners understand their strengths, identify areas for improvement and develop a more structured direction for their future. Over the last 3+ years, she has also been actively involved in student training and development, focusing not only on academic learning but also on confidence, participation, discipline, communication and practical exposure.

Her approach is centred around understanding the individual student rather than applying the same roadmap to everyone. By observing a student's interests, behaviour, learning style and areas of comfort, she helps create a more personalised development path. She also works with students to gradually move beyond their comfort zones through structured activities, participation and real-world learning experiences.

Kalpana

Kalpana brings 6+ years of experience in student mentoring and development, with a strong focus on understanding children's behaviour, psychology, interests and individual learning patterns.

Her mentoring approach goes beyond academics. She believes that understanding a child's likes, dislikes, comfort level, participation and behaviour is important for creating an environment where the child can learn confidently. She works closely with students to understand their individual personalities and identify areas where they may need encouragement, support or additional exposure.

One important part of her approach is helping students gradually step outside their comfort zones through structured activities, participation and interactive learning. She encourages students to remain active beyond classroom study by incorporating curricular and co-curricular activities, helping develop communication, confidence, creativity, teamwork and social interaction alongside academics.

Her focus is to make learning a more engaging experience where students feel comfortable expressing themselves while also being encouraged to explore new challenges.
